Janice Harrison Drake is Co-founder and President of HOPE 360° Inc. (Helping Other People Excel). The firm applies a wholistic approach to executive coaching and consulting on Executive Excellence, Entrepreneur Strategies, Organization Effectiveness and Leveraging Leadership Capabilities. She provides training and consulting to organizations and individuals all over the world. She is a Facilitator/Trainer for the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) Institute for Leadership Development & Research, and is ACC certified with the International Coaching Federation with ICF. She provides executive and life coaching to corporate executives and professionals, entrepreneurs, and state and government managers throughout the US and abroad and with students at college and High School levels.

Janice has over 30 years of leadership, managerial and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to starting her business, she was the Vice-President of Human Resources with the General Electric Company (GE Aerospace, GE Appliance, GE Capital, GE Auto Warranty Services, and GE Financial Assurance, now Genworth Financial) as well as with Western Electric/AT&T/Lucent Technologies. She has been trained in some of the most progressive HR business practices such as GE’s best practices; WorkOut, CAP-Change Acceleration Process and earned a Black Belt in Six-Sigma Quality.

Her clients are located throughout the US and in Europe and include companies, such as General Electric, Genworth Financial, Turner Broadcasting Network, and CSX Transportation; also Bon Secours Health Systems; Internal Revenue Service; and Veterans Administration, British Petroleum - BP, PenFed Credit Union and many others She worked with the Military Housing & Lodging Institute (MHLI) and the Professional Housing & Management Association (PHMA) providing training to civilian and military personnel in the US and abroad. She also works with various Not-for Profit organizations and universities.

Janice is also a Motivational Speaker & Facilitator and speaks to a multitude of audiences around the world on topics such as Visioning for Success, Work/Life Balance, CARESS Your Customer, Strategic Planning, Change Management and other customized topics.

Lastly, she is an accomplished Author and has written “Visioning for Success” a Career & Leadership Development Guide used at various universities, companies and non-profit organizations. Her 2nd book “The Balancing Act – How to Get a LIFE When You Got a CAREER” addresses Work/Life Balance Solutions. A family biography - “Raised by an Angel” and a new book to be released entitled “His Voice.”

Janice is a native of Norfolk, VA and graduated from Norfolk State University with a BS degree in Business Administration. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband Lawrence and has five adult children and seven grandchildren.
