Janice has over 30+ years of corporate and entrepreneur leadership and managerial experience. Prior to beginning her first venture Visions + Solutions, she served as Vice – President of Human Resources for several divisions of The General Electric Company including (GE Aerospace, GE Appliances, GE Capital, and GE Financial Assurance (Now Genworth Financial) as well as senior positions with Western Electric/Lucent Technologies.
In addition to her corporate success as longtime corporate executive and entrepr eneur, she is a MotivationalSpeaker,an accomplished Author, Executive Coach and holds a Black Belt in “Six Sigma’ quality. Her book “Visioning for Success” A Career and Leadership Development Guide has been used at various universities, companies, and non - profit organizations throughout the US and abroad. Another published work, “The Balancing Act, How to Get a Life, When You Got a Career” is now headed for its second edition is a marvelous series of stories that provide the readers with great advice on h ow to balance an ambitious career and busy family life. Other books include "Raised by an Angel" and "His Voice."

Larry is a seasoned executive with over three decades experience as a corporate leader, entrepreneur, executive, scholar, author, and coach. He has served in a variety of senior level positions including Managing Director, President/ CEO of the Nigeria and Equatorial Africa Division of Coca - Cola Africa, a division of The Coca - Cola Company, Senior VP/GM Cablevision Systems Corporation, VP/GM, KFC Restaurant Division, and Kraft Foods, Inc. He also co - managed two entrepreneurial firms, Dolman Technologies Inc, and Haven Media Group, LLC. He currently serves as the President and CEO of LEADership, Education and Development (LEAD), a non - profit organization focused on developing equal learning access models tar geting a wide variety of learners with an emphasis on under resourced communities and individuals.
