Janice Harrison Drake
Founder, President & CEO, Hope 360° Inc.
Janice has over 30+ years of corporate and entrepreneur leadership and managerial experience. Prior to beginning her first venture Visions + Solutions, she served as Vice – President of Human Resources for several divisions of The General Electric Company including (GE Aerospace, GE Appliances, GE Capital, and GE Financial Assurance (Now Genworth Financial) as well as senior positions with Western Electric/Lucent Technologies.
In addition to her corporate success as longtime corporate executive and entrepr eneur, she is a MotivationalSpeaker,an accomplished Author, Executive Coach and holds a Black Belt in “Six Sigma’ quality. Her book “Visioning for Success” A Career and Leadership Development Guide has been used at various universities, companies, and non - profit organizations throughout the US and abroad. Another published work, “The Balancing Act, How to Get a Life, When You Got a Career” is now headed for its second edition is a marvelous series of stories that provide the readers with great advice on h ow to balance an ambitious career and busy family life. Other books include "Raised by an Angel" and "His Voice."
Lawrence M. Drake II, Ph.D.
Co-Founder & Executive Chairman LEADing for Life Enterprise
Dr. Lawrence M. Drake II, a media psychologist, TED-x presenter, author, and academic scholar, whose research focuses on the intersection of cognitive science, applied psychology, and media innovation. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of LEADing for Life Enterprise, where he steers the organization’s strategic vision with unwavering dedication to life-long learning. Most recently he served as the Interim President of Albany State University, Georgia’s largest public Historically Black College and University (HBCU), where he provided leadership in fostering an environment that is student-centered and passionate about the future of work and the development of life-long learners. Dr. Drake was previously called to serve as Interim President at Bethune-Cookman University after having been its Dean of the College of Business and Entrepreneurship, where he also held a tenured faculty appointment in Management.
Dr. Drake, an entrepreneur, also serves as chairman of Hope 360°, an executive management advisory firm. He is a certified executive coach for Korn Ferry International, and a former investment adviser for both AJIA Capital Holdings and Saurus Partners LLC. He served as a senior operating executive for several early-stage ventures including Dolman Technologies and Haven Media Group. His corporate roles included several senior-level positions with the Executive Leadership Council, PepsiCo, Cablevision Systems Corp., and Kraft Inc.
